In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

pkr777 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. As part of these obligations, pkr777 requires Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion between Players on live dealer tables, poker games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to the policies or technical limitations of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. pkr777's total liability to any Player for any single claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

pkr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not adversely affect Players), changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

The version of these Terms applicable to any given transaction or bet is the version in force at the time the transaction or bet was placed. In the event of a conflict between historical and current versions, the version in force at the relevant time shall apply.

By continuing to use pkr777 after revised Terms have been published, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your Account and withdraw any verified real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
